Stoke Row Village Hall is situated in the centre of Stoke Row which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It is directly opposite the famous Maharajas Well  and Cherry Orchard which attracts many visitors each year.

The site on which our village hall stands was bequeathed to the residents of Stoke Row in 1914, and the donor required the villagers to construct a suitable building for all, stating:

“a room for the purpose of any recreation which the Trustees in their discretion may think desirable”

The Indenture

Hence it was used by local soldiers returning from the 1st World War to enable them to have a meeting place in the local community.

A charming village hall with original beams and wooden floor, it is ideal for parties, weddings, wakes, activities, clubs and markets.
